Chat Chow TV, a video podcast that goes behind the scenes with South Florida’s top chefs, restaurateurs and mixologists, launches with its premier webisodes featuring Cindy Hutson, chef and owner of Ortanique in Coral Gables; and Ryan Goodspeed, mixologist at Michael’s Genuine in Miami’s Design District.
Chat Chow TV Host Lauren Bernat, who’s claim to fame is the “Wii Fit Girl” viral video sensation, interviews a different South Florida food personality each week to chat about their favorite dishes, ingredients, cooking gadgets and their meal of choice if it were their last day on earth.
“Miami is now on the map when it comes to food and libations and Chat Chow TV is the first to cover it in the video arena,” said Gio Gutierrez, creator and executive producer of Chat Chow TV. “Local foodies and tourists planning a trip here can download these 8-minute webisodes found on ChatChow.tv, Vimeo, YouTube and Apple TV and learn what’s cooking behind South Florida’s celebrated food industry,” he added.
Stay tuned for Chat Chow TV’s next webisodes featuring Wayne Eldred, manager of Tarpon Bend Bar & Grill in Coral Gables, and Abe Ng, owner of Sushi Maki restaurants.
