Choeff Levy Fischman Featured in The January Issue of inWESTON Magazine and seven other Lifestyle Media Group Publications

We’re kicking off 2021 with a feature on our client Choeff Levy Fischman and the design of their first Weston residence. The story appeared in the January issue of the Lifestyle Media Group’s inWESTON, Las Olas, Aventura, Boca/Delray, Doral, Parkland/Coral Springs, Pinecrest/Coral Gables and West Broward publications.

With the completion of its first home in Weston last year, the award-winning firm expanded its signature tropical modern style into the suburbs.

For the lakefront property, CLF incorporated the same elements seen throughout their homes in Miami and Miami Beach including extensive use of glass and sliding glass doors, lush landscaping, and a mix of warm materials such as white stucco, ribbed wood cladding and limestone cladding for the home’s exterior. The result is a home like none other in the neighborhood and that represents a growing interest in the tropical modernism style in the suburbs and beyond.

“Mid-century modern can easily be translated to many regions. We’ve imported it here by using some of its sensibilities, but also by building in a language of our own,” Choeff Levy Fischman Principal Raphael Levy shared.
