Amicon Construction Management brings new life to aging buildings
South Florida has become a region in perpetual development, with new condominiums and businesses constantly springing up. This new competition has left older buildings in need of a facelift to maintain their market value. Amicon Construction Management, founded in 2005, has picked up on the newfound need for middle-market building renovation and collaborated with many local businesses. Amicon Construction Management specializes in overseeing condo renovations, single-family home construction and restaurant/hospitality works. They have recently completed a project to revamp the 27,000-square-foot spa and fitness center on Williams Island. Amicon is owned by CEO Adam Mopsick, President John Wood, CFO Ross Adickman and VP of Construction A.J. Mueller.
